Angel Lace linen ruffle neck dress

Pastel floral midi length linen dress with 3/4 sleeves, pockets and ruffle neck from Napier based brand Angel Lace.

In good, lightly preloved condition.

Size tag says small which is intended to fit an 8-12, but this would be far too big for an 8 and most likely a 10 too. I would guess it would best fit a 12 or possibly up to a 14. It fitted on my size 16 mannequin for photos, but would be too tight across the chest for a regular size 16. Check measurements below.
