Returns
If your order arrives and something isn't right (i.e. it doesn't fit, or it doesn't suit you) you can contact us to request a return.
Please note that we cannot offer returns or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons - the only exception is if a pair is faulty or breaks within a short period. There is a time limit on this however as these are handmade pieces, and need to be treated with extra care.
Our return policy lasts 14 days after the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all tags must still be attached.
To request a return, please email info@bettyandleroyvintage.com. You will be sent details on how to send your item back (at your expense).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid for the item you purchase, excluding postage.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
